Tallinn University of Technology

In the last half century, the foundation was laid at Tallinn University of Technology for the success stories of today’s start-ups; technological and ideological solutions of e-government were made up here; TTÜ professors have been involved in the creation of X-Road and have received national science awards for research and innovative discoveries, which is essential for a secure e-state.

Currently, Tallinn University of Technology is partnering with the NATO Cyber Defense Center, 70% of Estonian IT students study here and the best e-state and cyber-security experts work here. We are focusing on educating future leaders of Digital transformation who can lead e-government related projects both in public and in private sector.

Thus four international Master’s degree programmes provide education in the development of e-government: e-Governance Technologies and Services, Cyber Security, Law (Specialisation: Law and Technology), and Technology Governance and Digital Transformation.
