Presentation will focus on basic frameworks (organizational, regulative and technical) and components (x-road, metadata management, eID) of e-Government of Estonia. Main strategic principles of eEstonia will be also described. Descritions and explanations are based on our practical experience in developmant of eGovernment.
After more general overview on ICT policy there will be practical showcases on e-services, explaining the use of technical (X-road, digital ID) and regulative components for the audience to better understand the e-Governance architecture and frameworks.
