The main responsibilities of ARIB are implementation of national and EU direct supports, investment supports and agri enviromental measures. Along with processing applications for aid, one of ARIB’s duties is to maintain national registers – the register of farm animals and the register of agricultural support and land parcels.
Ahti Bleive is responsible for coordinating IT development, administration of direct supports and registers. Ahti has more than 15 years of experience in development of Integrated Administration and Control system for Estonian Paying Agency.
