Urve Palo is the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology of the Republic of Estonia from 23 November 2016.
She is a member of the Social Democratic Party.

From 2015–2016, Urve Palo was a member of the 13th Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament).
In 2015, Urve Palo served as the Minister of Entrepreneurship of the
Republic of Estonia. From 2014–2015, Urve Palo served as the Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of the Republic of Estonia.
Before that she was a member of the 12th Riigikogu and was the Deputy Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee.
