In 2016 Mr. Bondarenko served as First Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2015 – 2016, worked as an advisor to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Deputy Head of the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Head of the Main Organizational Department.
In 2013 – 2015 Mr. Bondarenko worked at various positions in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2013 worked at the State Agency for Roads of Ukraine
In 2010 – 2013 Mr. Bondarenko worked at various positions at the National Agency for the preparation and staging of the European Football Championship 2012 and the implementation of infrastructure projects.
In 2004 – 2010 worked at various positions in the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine.
